1Terms & Conditions: By clicking the Signup button, you are agreeing to the following
terms & conditions. Each FitBuy.com
Affiliate Program member ("Affiliate") must provide FitBuy.com with
his/her correct name and e-mail address. Failure to do so shall immediately
cancel the Affiliate's participation
in the FitBuy.com Affiliate Program. If Affiliate is also entering into a link exchange with
FitBuy.com, the Affiliate must maintain a link to FitBuy.com on his/her web site. Failure to do so
will result in the removal from FitBuy.com of the link to the Affiliate's web site. Each Affiliate shall
receive 10% of the order total
(minus shipping & handling charges, taxes, gift certificate purchase amounts,
coupons and other discounts, and charges for items which are returned) of each order received
through FitBuy.com that is accompanied by the Affliate's FitBuy.com Affiliate Id and that
is processed and shipped by FitBuy.com ("Sales Commissions"). Payment of Sales Commissions by
FitBuy.com to the Affiliate shall be made within 30 days of the end of the month within
which the sales on which the Sales Commissions are based occured upon receipt of a request from the
Affiliate. FitBuy.com reserves the right to change the terms
and condition of the FitBuy.com Affiliate Program or cancel the FitBuy.com
Affiliate Program at any time upon notice by e-mail to the affiliates. FitBuy.com also reserves the
right to reject any URL submitted for inclusion in FitBuy.com.
